Shipping policy
All products (unless otherwise stated specifically on the product page) will be shipped from our warehouse based in Wiltshire, England.
Please note that all delivery services are subject to availability and stock availability. All delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. All delivery dates represent the total number of working days (not including bank holidays) we estimate to deliver your order. Love My Lot will not be held responsible or provide any compensation for any loss caused due to late or delayed deliveries.
Orders placed before 17:00 on working days will be packed the same day ready for collection the following day - the delivery times listed below will apply from the point of collection and are an estimated timeframe.

If you live outside of the United Kingdom and would like to order, please get in touch via live chat. We can create your order for you with a quote for shipping based on your item weight/size and location. You will then be emailed an order which you can go ahead and confirm. |

Our carrier will deliver to you between 7:00am - 7:00pm Monday - Saturday.
We will keep you up to date of when your order is on its way and our carrier will send you a text/ email on the day of delivery so you know when to expect your order.
If you had to pop out or are unable to accept the delivery, don’t worry our carrier will leave a calling card or send an email/text to let you know that they have tried to deliver.
Alternatively, the carrier may leave your delivery with a neighbour or in a safe place on your property.
For personalised items please allow an additional working day to the above premium delivery service options. I will always endeavour to use the courier advertised but in a case where this is not possible and alternate courier of the same speed will be used such as DPD or Royal Mail
Please note that all delivery services are subject to availability and stock availability. During busy promotional periods and in severe weather conditions delivery may be delayed and arrive a little later than our published delivery time windows. We will keep you up to date on your order status.
SHIPPING OF LARGE ITEMS (FURNITURE AND BABY MONITORS)
Some of our large products are shipped directly from our suppliers and this will be stated on the specific product page itself, and the shipping fees for that service will be applied at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At present we do not offer international shipping as standard but we are able to ship outside of the United Kingdom. If you would like to order with us from outside the UK, please email us or contact us via live chat so we can create a draft order for you and get an instant shipping quote so you can choose if you would like to go ahead and order.
